International Shipping (USA)

We proudly ship our handcrafted pottery to the United States.

  • Standard International (Tracked): 6–12 business days.

  • Estimated Cost: $25.00 – $40.00 CAD (Calculated at checkout).

  • Customs & Duties: The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees applied by U.S. Customs. [Store Name] is not responsible for these charges.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your clay pot is shipped, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update.

Fragile Item Guarantee

Pottery is fragile. We use professional-grade eco-friendly packaging to ensure your piece arrives safely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at doug.lewicki@tdsb.on.ca within 48 hours with a photo of the packaging and the broken item.
